No. Our Capture and Automate tiers are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime. Our Dominate tier typically involves a custom agreement based on the scope of work.
What does the setup fee cover?
The setup fee ensures your AI Team is ready to work from day one. It covers the technical configuration of your phone numbers (including A2P registration for SMS compliance), agent configuration tuned to your business, calendar syncing, social media account integration, CRM pipeline setup, and personalized onboarding.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. As your business grows, your AI Team can grow with you. You can easily upgrade your plan within your dashboard.
Are there any hidden fees?
